Thanks to this collaboration with the Institut Martí Pous in Barcelona, the Sudanese visual artist Osama Khalid, resident in our project NO CALLAREM Barcelona Artists at Risk, will be able to share his life experiences with the students of the center.
The objective of this school activity is for young people to become aware of the defense of cultural rights and of creative people who face situations of serious danger in many places around the world.
After the talk where Osama will share the experience of his exile in Egypt as a result of the Civil War that ravaged his country, the artist will show some videos in which he will offer the students his perspective on the city of Barcelona.
